I bought three of these and if it's pretty well. I am about a size 12 to 14 and i like house well it holds my body i didn't expect the bonning but it doesn't bother me. Would buy again.

I’m a us m and got a s and it fits really well, i’m 5’9 and 155lbs, there’s a squeeze but its not bad at all, just those vertical support sticks are uncomfortable to sit down with but you can adjust them. Maybe would go with your actual size if you’re planning on daily use. Photos are me standing up perfectly straight, slumping still has a bump, but it works for sure!

Good shorts, good fabric and good elasticity, fits well to the size, I liked it a lot.
